Like this Kenyan inspired face texture you too can create realistic looking faces from complete scratch only using the pen tool and these brushes. You can also use them for touching up photos that might have gotten a bit flat after editing. My main tip is keep the opacity light and work in circular strokes and follow a lighting guide from another photo or the original so you know where your head's lighting, bone structure is etc (that is key to creating realism).
